Dress Code: Formal “Garmisch Edition”

You are all wonderful and would look amazing in anything, but for our wedding, we kindly ask you to dress in a formal “Garmisch Edition”:

Gentlemen

A suit is requested— no jeans please.
Ties or bow ties are optional—comfort is encouraged

Ladies

A dress, elegant jumpsuit, or suit is perfect.
Please choose footwear that is comfortable and dance-friendly.
Please do not wear all white or black.

Please note:

The ceremony will take place on a meadow, which is accessed via a dirt path. Seating will also be on the grass. High heels may be challenging, so we recommend bringing a more comfortable pair of shoes, just in case.

Photography & Phones

A professional photographer will be present during the ceremony and immediately afterward to take photos with the bride and groom. These images will be shared online after the wedding.

To keep the ceremony intimate and uninterrupted, we kindly ask that guests do not use their mobile phones for photos during the ceremony and formal group pictures. Feel free to start taking photos once the celebration begins.

There will be no professional photographer during the evening party, and we encourage everyone to capture the fun! A QR code will be available on each table — simply scan it to upload and share your favorite photos with all of us.
