Gondolas & Mountain Peaks
Several gondolas connect the valley with surrounding peaks, offering hiking trails, scenic viewpoints, and mountain restaurants. Ticket prices vary depending on the destination. A combined ticket is available for the Zugspitzbahn and most gondolas (excluding Zugspitze and Eckbauer gondola)
Tickets for Zugspitze peak: cost approximately €60 — absolutely worth it for the experience.

This park is in the heart of the old town of Garmisch. It is dedicated to the German author Michael Ende, who wrote stories such as “The Neverending Story”. Free open-air concerts take place throughout the summer (ranging from Rock Music to Bavarian folk- everything is possible).

Grasegger Traditional Clothing
A beautiful store spanning two floors, offering high-quality traditional Bavarian clothing. Custom-made Lederhosen and Dirndls are available, crafted by in-house seamstresses. Pay special attention to their in-house brand “2962”, produced locally using regional materials—particularly the renowned wool from this area.
